Refund and Dispute Policy

Purchases on VYT / Squad Cards are for digital credits. Credits are consumed to generate digital content and, once used, are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

• Unused credit purchases may be refundable at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
• If a technical error prevents delivery of purchased credits, contact us for help.
• We cannot refund credits already spent to generate digital content except where required by law.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a dispute with your bank may delay resolution.
